MySkillShaala community is a safe place for everyone to explore their creative geniuses. The community members can be kids, adults, beginners, experts or even explorers. Each person shall come with their beliefs, experiences, ideas, and limitations. These set of community guidelines shall help us keep this community safe and trusted place to come for upskilling with fun.
When you sign-up on myskillshaala.com you agree to honor the following community guidelines:
1. Be Creative, Try out new things, Focus on Learning
Let’s try to learn and create something new every day. Never fear to try new things, show your creative genius. Never say I can’t. Share what you complete no matter how good or bad it seems to you. Respect feedback and try to learn more. Focus on building skills, and learning new things and not on popularity.
2. Be Original, Make it yourself, and Involve Everyone
My Skill Shaala is not a competition. No one wins or loses here. Try completing all challenges and activities, and seek involvement from friends or family. Also, remember we are not social media but a social learning platform so No Infringement. Submitting what others have uploaded or uploading screenshots of activities from videos or from the internet showing it as yours is not cool!! Sometimes it would be interesting to share something from the internet or what your friends have done ask for permission, and give credit in the comments. Take responsibility to check for copyrights and trademarks of something you're sharing from the internet.
Instead, the best way would be to be original and share whatever new things you play or make or learn.
3. Respect Everyone
The awesome thing about harnessing your creative potential is, we understand that no one is bad at anything, everyone is learning. Respect and encourage everyone to do better, especially the younger MySkillShaala members. Learn to respect everyone and communicate politely. Slang language, cuss words, or
improper emoji don’t reflect the goodness in you. Be patient, Respect Everyone.
4. Be Safe
Keep personal stuff secret. Never write your full name, mobile number, address or email ID in comments or submissions. And respect others’ privacy, and never ask for any personal information.
5. Post Appropriate Content
MySkillShaala engages people from all age groups, younger kids as well. So any mature content like but not limited to drugs, alcohol, explicit content, sensitive or self-harm related content, violent images or weapons, shocking events and more is not permitted. Make sure you do not submit any such things. If you find something report to the moderators.
We are sure you'd respect community guidelines. In case of violation following steps shall be taken:
1. Post Removal and Written Warning
2. Temporary account suspension
3. Permanent account suspension
We respect learners who abide to community guidelines. For those who don’t we reserve a right to take necessary actions.
